  • National franchise printing, sign, and marketing services company in West Houston is seeking candidates for a position within our company as a Customer Service Representative. The CSR will be responsible for interacting with customers by phone, email and in person.

    You will be responsible for entering orders into our proprietary management software (training will be provided). Duties will also include, but not limited to: customer correspondence through the order process, assisting in the digital printing and bindery operations, filing, vendor relations, etc.

    Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, are required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) is a must. We have a fast paced, exciting work environment with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

    This is a full time position, Monday – Friday. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
